Lockley Homes has submitted a full planning application to Wychavon District Council for a luxury development on Stonepit Lane, Inkberrow in Worcestershire. Designed by Ritchie & Ritchie LLP, the use of the site will be exclusively residential which reflects the nature of existing surrounding development in this part of the Village.
The six properties proposed comprise the following;
- 5 single storey bungalows with two bedrooms
- 1 two storey house with four bedrooms
All properties have garage accommodation, incorporating Electric Vehicle Charging points and two additional parking spaces. Cycle storage will be contained within the garage.
The bungalows have single garages, two of which are detached with the remaining three being attached to the main dwelling. The four bedroom house (for occupation by the site owner) has a double garage with two additional parking spaces.
